(bank transfer, &#8211; free of any charges or fees)<\/p>\n<h4>Cancellation Policy \u2013 Winter 2025 to Early May 2026<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"139\" data-end=\"837\">\n<li data-start=\"139\" data-end=\"245\">Cancellations or modifications made <strong data-start=\"177\" data-end=\"196\">61 days or more<\/strong> before the arrival date will incur no charges.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"372\">Cancellations or modifications made <strong data-start=\"284\" data-end=\"310\">between 60 and 31 days<\/strong> before arrival will be charged <strong data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"369\">80% of the total amount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"499\">Cancellations or modifications made <strong data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"437\">between 30 and 14 days<\/strong> before arrival will be charged <strong data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"496\">90% of the total amount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"653\">Cancellations or modifications made <strong data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"559\">less than 14 days<\/strong> before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged <strong data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"650\">100% of the total amount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"748\">Early departures will also be charged <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"724\">100% of the apartment rate<\/strong>, excluding local tax.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"837\"><strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"835\">Classification as a high-risk area does not entitle guests to free cancellation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>GENEREL TERMS<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If cancelled or modified <strong>up to 60 days prior arrival, no fees will be charged<\/strong>. If cancelled or modified up to <strong>14 days prior arrival, 80 percent<\/strong> of the total amount will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 14 days prior arrival or in case of no-show, the 100 % of whole amount will be charged.
