BOOKING- AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
cancellation policy WINTER 2024 until beginning of May 2025
If cancelled or modified up to 50 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications of the reservation will be charged as follows:
from day 49 until day 31 prior arrival date 70 % of the total amount
from day 30 until day 15 prior arrival date 80 % of the total amount
from day 14 prior arrival 90 % of the total amount
In case of no-show, 100 % will be charged.
Classifications as a high-risk area are no subject to a free cancellation.
Earlier departure will also be charged with 100 % of apartment rate reduced of local tax.
Deposit Policy:
50 % of the total amount has to be transferred to our bank account within 5 days after booking (free of any bank charges).
Rest amount can be transferred to our bank account until 4 days prior arrival latest.

cancellation until 15 days prior arrival – free of charge;
cancellation from 14 days prior arrival 90% cancellation fee!
advance payment: 40 % of the total amount is due within 5 days after booking completion. (bank transfer, – free of any charges or fees)
Cancellation Policy – Winter 2025 to Early May 2026
- Cancellations or modifications made 61 days or more before the arrival date will incur no charges.
- Cancellations or modifications made between 60 and 31 days before arrival will be charged 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellations or modifications made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 90% of the total amount.
- Cancellations or modifications made less than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged 100% of the total amount.
- Early departures will also be charged 100% of the apartment rate, excluding local tax.
- Classification as a high-risk area does not entitle guests to free cancellation.
GENEREL TERMS:
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days prior arrival, no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior arrival, 80 percent of the total amount will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 14 days prior arrival or in case of no-show, the 100 % of whole amount will be charged. In case of earlier departure only local tax will be refunded! Prepayment: 40 % of the total amount may be transferred to our bank account until 5 days after booking latest do fix the reservation (free of any bank charges).
PAYMENT TERMS
The remaining amount has to be paid either until 4 days prior arrival by bank transfer (free of any fees or charges), or it has to be paid in cash directly upon arrival! Please note we do not accept any bank-, debit-, or credit cards!

Travel Insurence
But what, if have to cancel your well-deserved vacation or have to leave earlier?
We would like to save you and us the costs and hassle that this entails. (Please note: Very often credit card contracts do not offer sufficient protection in this case.) We therefore recommend that you take out a Travel cancellation insurance, which offers you and your fellow traveller’s the best possible protection, with no deductible and including helicopter rescue after an accident on site.

Please note that in the event of cancellation or trip interruption, we as your host must charge the contractually owed cancellation costs.
Without cancellation insurance, you will have to bear these costs yourself.
With European Travel Insurance, you can take out insurance also after booking your hotel; in this case the shelter starts on day 10 after conclusion.
