The Tyrolean-style non-smoker apartment (37 m², ground floor) with floors from natural stone or tile floors with underfloor heating features 1 bedroom for 2 persons (bookable as double bed or twin-bedded room), a fully equipped kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic glass hob with 4 hotplates to cook and oven, fridge, kettle, tableware for 3 persons maximum etc. Moreover, the apartment provides 1 private bathroom with shower/toilet and hair dryer, SAT-TV (flat-screen) 1 room safe and W-LAN access (free of charge) as well as a little balcony in direction to our parking place. The additional bed for 3rd person could be prepared in the kitchen or in parents’ room.

Bedclothes and 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person/stay, for internal use are, included. You have to bring or organize all other private things like toilet paper, dish liquid, rubbish bags, etc. yourself.
