BOOKING- AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

WINTER 2021 – COVID-19 cancellation policy valid until beginning of  May 2022:

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified from  30 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the total price will be charged.

If cancelled or modified 14 days prior arrival 90 % will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 % will be charged.

Earlier departure will also charged with 100 %. Deposit Policy: 40 % of the total amount has to be transferred to our bank account within 5 days after booking (free of any bank charges). We offer 2 possibilities for the rest payment: 1) total rest amount has to be paid in cash upon arrival 2) Rest amount can be transfered to our bank account 4 days prior arrival latest.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:

In case of border or hotel closure or a lockdown we offer 2 possibilities

1) You can change your reservation to another date/period free of charge.  And your prepayment will be used to fix the new reservation.

2) You can cancel your reservation free of charge and we transfer your prepayment back to your bank account. (We would need your IBAN and BIC Code for that procedure.)

SUMMER 2022 – COVID-19 cancellation policy valid from June 2022 until beginning of  October 2022:

cancellation until 8 days prior arrival – free of  charge;

cancellation from 7 days prior arrival 90% cancellation fee!

advance payment: 40 % of the total amount is due within 5 days after booking completion. (bank transfer, – free of any charges or fees)

GENEREL TERMS:

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days prior arrival, no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior arrival, 80 percent of the total amount will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 14 days prior arrival or in case of no-show, the 90 % of whole amount will be charged. In case of earlier departure only local tax will be refunded!  Prepayment: 40 % of the total amount may be transferred to our bank account until 5 days after booking latest do fix the reservation (free of any bank charges).

PAYMENT TERMS

The remaining amount has to be paid either until 4 days prior arrival by bank transfer (free of any fees or charges), or it has to be paid in cash directly upon arrival! Please note we do not accept any bank-, debit-, or credit cards!

Travel Insurence

Much is uncertain in times like these. But we want you to feel safe.

But what, if you cannot take your well-deserved vacation because you are sick yourself, have tested positive for Covid or have to be quarantined because of a relative in the same household?
